Fabricio Hardwood Floors just completed our job that included the refinishing of our hardwood floors and 3 flight of stairs as well as new hardwood floors installed in 2 other rooms.  We ended up going with a lighter shade and the floors look incredible.  Everything came out perfect.  We also appreciated the continual updates.  At the beginning of the project, we were given an estimated schedule.  At the end of each day, we would get a text message with an update and a confirmation of the start time for the following day. Sam Lichon is an excellent representative. Very friendly, informative, yet low pressure. So excited about the carpet we chose. A great overall experience with our staircase refinishing & staining project from the initial consultation with Fabricio through the staining and refinishing process. Fabricio Hardwood Floors transformed our staircase rails to match with our new vinyl plank stairs and flooring. Our goal was to change the color of our existing natural red wood staircase to match modern vinyl weathered oak stair planks and floor.  Kelvin P. our product manager and Adolfo the crew lead worked diligently and patiently with us to get just the right balance of colors from the staining and refinishing process to perfectly complement our stairs and floors. The differences in material composition of our natural staircase versus our new luxury vinyl products made the task of color matching especially challenging, however, Kelvin and Adolfo’s persistence and attention to detail helped achieve truly outstanding results.
